Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month and join the free "Pink Highland Hustle"!
Friday 16th October 5.30p.m. - 6.30p.m. Bridge Centre, Bayhead, Stornoway
All are welcome to come along to the fun-filled Highland Hustle dance class - but don't forget to wear something pink.

Highland Hustle is the new workout that has gone global. The dance-based exercise class is a little bit of Highland, a wee bit of ceilidh - with some cardio and toning exercises also included.
The class is a great fun workout for everyone of all ages and levels of fitness - and you don't even need to be able to dance.
So what better way to get fit and healthy than to come along to the Pink Highland Hustle. The class will be followed by an interactive breast awareness demonstration
